1. Where are you based out of? Office Haven is located in downtown Oshkosh, WI. All of our business is conducted out of this location.

2. Where do you ship from? In addition to our Oshkosh office, we utilize a variety of outside distributors and shipment facilities across the country. Our products ship from IL, CA, WI, TN, and other locations.

3. What do you carry? We carry a wide variety of office and IT products, including ink and toner cartridges, computer hardware, cables, networking supplies, computer memory and batteries, and other related products.

4. Can I order online? Not at this time. We are currently working on a full e-commerce package, but for the time being, we operate through phone and mail orders.
